Entry is by registration. Nominees, sponsors, exhibitors, and their invited guests are welcome — general seating is also available on request, subject to availability.

Basic nomination is free. A processing fee applies once you're shortlisted for the final jury round, covering evaluation and ceremony logistics.

Nominations are scored by our independent jury panel against category-specific criteria such as impact, innovation, and growth. Scores are not disclosed publicly.

Shortlist notifications go out via email and phone roughly 3–4 weeks before the ceremony date.

Yes — standalone exhibition booths are available separately from sponsorship packages. Use the general enquiry form and select "Exhibition / Sponsorship."

Gold and Title Sponsor tiers include dedicated stage time; Associate sponsors receive brand visibility without a speaking slot.

Formal / business attire is recommended for the awards ceremony. Specific dress codes, if any, are shared in your confirmation email.

Nominees typically receive 1–2 complimentary guest passes; additional passes can be purchased separately, subject to availability.
